Development in nepal

History and traditions matter deeply to me, and I always try to preserve as much as possible. I also love sharing our family’s past with my son, telling him about where we come from. This morning in Kathmandu, I took him to the first shop my father owned 50 years ago when he moved from Biratnagar. The shop was a general grocery store in Jamal Rani Pokhari, and surprisingly, despite all the developments happening in Nepal, the building is still there in its original form.
