Kavita Joshi

IT and Content

Kavita Joshi is a Training and Technology manager working at AARP.  She has over 19 years of experience in the training and development field. Some of the skills and experiences include content research and development, online course tutorial production, implementation, and management.  Academically, she has a bachelor’s degree in Zoology and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Management. Kavita also is a black belt in Lean Six Sigma and has undertaken many projects for process improvement.

In her leisure, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family. Kavita has been involved in volunteering through her work in the past years for many non-profit charity events. She has also been involved in volunteer activities for Friends of Sparsh. She lives in Maryland with her family.
